Determining your protein amount. Sticking by our pledge of ‘changing the game’ - we refuse to use a ‘one size fits all’ attitude to effective dieting for fat loss. All you need to do is determine your protein requirements per meal using our TFKL daily protein calculator, and we will use our consultation programme to formulate a tailored diet plan specific to yourself for effective and sustainable fat loss. 

 

Here is how you work out your daily protein requirements:

 

Men - a minimum of 2G Protein per kg of bodyweight coming from your main meals (either 3 or 4 meals)

E.G. a male weighing 80KG choosing the 4 meals per day package would require 160G of protein per day. Divide this by the meal amount (4) and the protein requirements per meal would be 40G per meal.

 

Women - a minimum of 1.5G Protein per kg of bodyweight coming from your main meals (either 3 or 4 meals)

E.G. a female weighing 60KG choosing the 3 meals per day package would require 90G of protein per day. Divide this by the meal amount (3) and the protein requirements per meal would be 30G per meal.
